Hey Guys!This May I am traveling back to Malawi, Africa to help out in a center for children with disabilities. I will be staying till July- so three months. I am so excited! I will be staying with a Malawian family. They have one daughter who is gone of to University in the States, and two daughters who still live there that are in high school. So I will indeed have company!
I graduate in May with my Developmental Services Worker (DSW) diploma, so how perfect is this!? I jumped at the chance to go this!!
I went to Malawi two years ago, and fell in LOVE with every aspect of the country. The people,scenery and even the smell. eeeek! I get more excited just typing all of this!
If anyone would like to donate toys, clothes, shoes, toothbrushes, tooth paste, ect for kids over there, I will be bringing one suitcase specifically for that. Let me know!
More importantly, please pray for this adventure of mine. That things will work out, that I'll be safe and I take my skills and apply them with love!
